This evocative painting places the viewer inside an abandoned structure in Girvin, Saskatchewan.Their upward gaze looks toward an intense orange sky, contrasting against the weathered remains of an outbuilding’s roof.  Rendered in grisaille style, the monochromatic structure adds depth and texture, amplifying the dramatic interplay between the vivid sky and the forgotten space. A striking piece that merges color and form.
