Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products and commissions (including special orders or personalized items)

Sale or discounted items

Studio seconds (items sold at a reduced price due to imperfections or irregularities)

Items donated to silent auctions or charity events

E‑gift cards

Original crating, shipping, and insurance charges
These items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns
Wendy Sharpe Art Gallery has a 10‑day return policy, providing 10 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in the same condition that it was received

undamaged and in its original packaging

accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. To request a return, please contact us at hello@wendy-sharpe.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Exchanges
To exchange your item, please request a return. Once your return is approved, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue.
If the package appears damaged, do not accept the delivery. Instead, return it with the original delivery person.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Wendy Sharpe Art Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for items marked as delivered.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Please note: the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. No other fees will apply.
Refunds may take a little time to show up, and timing depends entirely on your bank or credit card company processing times.
