Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted only if the artwork arrives damaged during shipping.

• To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Artwork purchased during promotions or sales.

• Custom-made or commissioned pieces.

Refund Process:

• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt of the damaged artwork.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or damage.

The delivery of your order shall be subject to the carrier's rules.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, Canpar will leave a delivery notice and you will be able to pick up your order at the pick-up location designated by the carrier.

You are responsible for collecting your order according to the carrier's rules. After a certain period of time, non-collected orders will be returned to our studio gallery.

** Additional fees may apply to deliveries made to certain remote areas that are not close to our shipping centre. If your postal code is on our list of remote areas, we will contact you to confirm if you agree to the additional charges or if you wish to modify your order.
