Returns are accepted only if the artwork arrives damaged during shipping.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

Refund Process:
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt of the damaged artwork.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

The delivery of your order shall be subject to the carrier's rules.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, Canpar will leave a delivery notice and you will be able to pick up your order at the pick-up location designated by the carrier.
You are responsible for collecting your order according to the carrier's rules. After a certain period of time, non-collected orders will be returned to our studio gallery.
