This painting captures a quiet back alley where muted grisaille buildings stand against a luminous lemon yellow road and a radiant pink sky. The stark contrast between monochrome and vivid color creates a surreal yet familiar atmosphere, transforming an ordinary urban space into something striking and unexpected.
